| Col Parag Gupte is a veteran infantry officer with more than three decades of experience in the Indian Army. He is a gifted motivational speaker and motivated troops in combat during his service. He was awarded the Northern Army Commander’s Commendation Card in 2010. He completed a full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) at PUMBA (Pune University), with Human Resources as his principal subject. He was a TEDx speaker in 2023. He has conducted many training sessions for various educational institutions under Brigadier Bodhe Career Institute (BBCI). He has also started his own YouTube channel, “Col Parag’s Adda” (@colparagsadda), offering guidance for SSB aspirants. |
| A veteran of the Indian Army, commissioned in the 4th Gorkha Rifles. The Brigadier has rich operational experience on the Line of Control and in counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism environments in Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, as well as in manning the Indo-China border in Sikkim. He commanded a Battalion and a Brigade in active operational areas in J&K. He served as a United Nations Military Observer in the UN peacekeeping mission in Angola, Western Africa, in 1995-96. He is a postgraduate in Defence and Strategic Studies from the Defence Services Staff College, Madras University. He was a Research Scholar at Pune University and earned a PhD in Defence Studies from Allahabad University. | Brigadier Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary (Retd) is a veteran with over three decades of experience in active operations on the Line of Control and in counter-terrorism operations in Jammu and Kashmir, as well as on the Siachen Glacier, also known as the highest battlefield in the world. He has commanded a battalion and a brigade in active operations. The officer has served as an instructor for the training of soldiers and officers, and has also mentored officers for various competitive courses. He has vast experience of operating with the defence forces of friendly foreign countries, including the US Marine Corps, the French Naval Forces and the Maldivian National Defence Force. While handling senior appointments, the officer proved to be an excellent administrator and handled human resource management, administration and logistics for more than 20,000 troops. He is a qualified assessor for the selection of candidates in the Services Selection Board (SSB) and has served as President of a Selection Board. He has interviewed more than 1,000 SSB cadets and has been involved in selecting candidates of high calibre and integrity in a fair and transparent manner. The officer was commended by the Chief of Army Staff for gallantry actions in counter-insurgency operations twice, in 2001 and 2010, and by the Army Commander in 2018. He was also awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal for providing exemplary support in managing the COVID-19 situation in the National Capital Region, New Delhi. The Brigadier holds an M.Sc. | A veteran Air Force officer from the flying branch with over three decades of experience. He flew more than 5,500 hours over the entire geographical expanse of India, as well as in Bhutan and Mauritius. He is a Qualified Flying Instructor who has transformed numerous young men and women across the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Coast Guard into competent military pilots.
